One of the funny sides of photography is when you become recognized as your client’s “family photographer”. As the “family photographer” you get to shoot multiple events of that family over the years and eventually you’re no longer just their photographer you are their friend. And that’s what Amanda, Filipe and their family are to us. Friends.

Amanda and Filipe's wedding day was a truly special occasion, filled with love, joy, and unforgettable moments. We had the privilege of capturing every detail of their day, from the intimate ceremony at Igreja da Memória to the grand reception at Pestana Palace.

The day began with a beautiful ceremony at Igreja da Memória, a picturesque church located in the heart of Lisbon. As Amanda walked down the aisle in her stunning dress, Filipe's eyes filled with tears as he saw his bride for the first time. The ceremony was filled with heartfelt moments, as the couple exchanged their vows in front of their closest family and friends.

After the ceremony, we headed to the Pestana Palace for the reception. The venue was breathtaking, with its grand ballroom and stunning gardens providing the perfect backdrop for the celebration.The reception was a true reflection of the couple's love and personality, with every detail carefully chosen to create a beautiful and memorable experience for their guests. The decor was elegant and sophisticated, with a touch of glamour and romance.

As the evening progressed, the guests enjoyed a delicious meal and were entertained by speeches and performances. The dance floor was alive with energy and joy, with Amanda and Filipe leading the way and sharing their first dance.
